The moment your receipt is uploaded, a QR E-ticket appears on screen and is saved under My Tickets. We also email your confirmation to the address you gave us — show either one at the entrance. Please screenshot your ticket as a backup, and check your spam folder if the email hasn't arrived.

Don’t worry — your payment is safe. Your ticket is only issued once a receipt is uploaded, so if you closed the page too early, just WhatsApp us your bank receipt along with your full name, the ticket type and how many (plus each student’s name for student tickets). We’ll check it against our account and confirm your booking manually.

It's free seating — seats are not numbered or assigned. Sit anywhere you like on a first-come, first-served basis, so we'd suggest arriving early if you want a particular spot. Doors open at 6:00 PM.

Yes — everyone aged 4 and above must purchase a ticket. Children aged 3 and below enter free (accompanied by a ticket holder).

The Non-Performing Student Pass is for active Catalyst Musiclab or Soul Music Centre KK students who are not performing in the concert. Book with the student's name — a valid student ID will be checked at the entrance.

Normal early-bird (RM 60) runs Aug 1 – Sep 15, 2026. From Sep 16 the regular price is RM 75 — but with our Family & Friends bundle, buy 3 or more Normal Passes in one booking and they are only RM 60 each (save RM 15 per ticket). The Non-Performing Student Pass stays RM 50 throughout and doesn't count toward the 3. Prices are applied automatically.
